It may be wrong, but I can at least claim it to be impartially wrong.

Oo, yes, standing alongside one's intended with an enormous shiny reptile
dangling from one's nipples ;-}. And I do like the blue gown, too. I
suspect that the red Gambit gown would be a great choice for horrifying the
elderly rellies that turn up to such events ;-)
Now, which cossie shall we dress the groom in?

King -
Knight -
Bishop -
Rook-
Pawns -

Are you game?

Votes, anyone?

Peace,
Penny

Okay
Black:
Queen- Servalan
King- Travis
Knights- The strategy guy with the crush on Servalan and The chess guy
(their names elude me.)
Bishops- Two Clone Masters (Sort of religious.)
Rooks- The two clones from Animals.
Pawns- Federation troops

White:
Queen- Jenna
King- Blake
Knights- Avon and Vila (both are very sneaky)
Bishops- Gan and Cally (looks can be decieving)
Rooks- Soolin and Tarrant (both are "straightforward". :o))
Pawns- All those resistance fighters killed off in the first episode

Kathryn, thank you. I'm sure other people will be interested too. The big
Enarrare B7 special is one of my favorite zines, a treasured possession; but
of the other issues, the only one I've ever even seen is #8.

At this point in the grand zine-cataloguing project, most of the all-B7
zines are done and I'm moving into the multimedia zines. Some of the other
older Australian zines that I'm still trying to find info on are Enchiridion
(multimedia but mostly B7, with at least 3 issues, I believe), Teleport
Range (2 issues?), and Gambit #1 (I have #s 2 and 3-- this is the Australian
Gambit, not the American one). If you or anyone else have these, I'd love
to know what's in them.

Thanks again.

Sarah T.

Several ways to play this one....

King: Blake, Carnell, Bran, Federation President, Sarkoff, ...
Queen: Avon(only because the queen is the most potent piece on the board, and
our Hero has both the physical and mental skills), Servalan, Jenna, Scorpio
Knight: Tarrant, Jarvik
Bishop: Gan, Servalan's captain from Children..,(or his underling, for that
matter),
Vila(if you don't rate him as high as a rook, which is my first
choice)
Rook: Vila, Travis, Carnell(1st choice is king). If objects rather than
people, Liberator, Servalan's 3rd season cruiser, Space Command, Xenon Base,
Liberator gun, Trooper gun.
Pawns: Del Grant's mercianaries, Federation Troopers, Avalon's rebels,
mutoids.

Sorry if I duplicated some other people's ideas. D. Rose

Umm, untutored staff? Our local Virgin has a Blake's 7 section right next
to Doctor Who. They don't know their alphabet tho'.
